My first attunement was to Usui Reiki in 2012 and I practised on myself, friends and family until 2021 when I became attuned to Reiki & Seichem Level 2 with my master teacher Rachel Roland (Rainbow Lotus) and I continue to practise on myself, friends and family and am now able offer this service professionally. I have always been fascinated by the beauty and healing power of crystals and use many in my treatments. I also use sound healing in the form of singing bowls and koshi chimes, drum, cymbals, bells and rain sticks when appropriate. I am becoming an accredited breathwork facilitator with Make Some Breathing Space and offer 1:1 and group breathworks in person or over Zoom. 1:1 Conscious Connected Breathwork Sessions last 90 minutes minimum and can include Reiki & Seichem sendings, oracle card readings, bespoke meditations and affirmations, sound healing and mantra if desired. I can also offer functional breathwork sessions and calming breathwork techniques for anxiety. I create crystal healing and protective amulets and jewellery, sold on this site.
